Job Title: Warehouse Manager

Job Location: Samakhushi

Job Summary: The Warehouse Manager will oversee the efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of tiles, sanitary ware, bathroom fittings granites etc.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Stock Ledgers:

- Maintain, update, and regularly share stock lists.

- Ensure accuracy in the products and quantities mentioned in the stock lists.

- Conduct regular stock reconciliations and audits.

2. Warehouse Organization:

- Ensure that goods are stored according to the warehouse layout and in good condition.

- Sort and label goods as needed.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse.

- Oversee electrical, structural, plumbing, and other maintenance works.

3. Activity Report:

- Record every purchase, sale, sales, and purchase return transaction in the activity report.

- Submit activity reports to management daily.

- Analyze activity reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.

4. Labour Wages Report:

- Calculate labour wages based on their weekly activity.

- Ensure accurate recording and timely submission of wage reports every week.

5. Goods Inspection:

- Ensure that incoming and outgoing goods are in good condition.

- Receive incoming shipments and verify products against supplier packing lists.

- Coordinate with vehicle drivers and labourers to ensure efficient unloading.

- Perform quality checks on products received and dispatched.

6. Inventory Management:

- Record and share surplus and deficit stock with the Sales and Purchase team

- Monitor inventory levels and reorder stock as necessary.

7. Damage and Tampering Reports:

- Report damaged products daily.

- Maintain a ledger of tampered products in the warehouse.

- Implement and oversee protocols to minimize damage and loss.

8. Communication:

- Inform salespeople about new arrivals at the warehouse.

- Address and resolve any issues related to warehouse operations.

Position: Area Sales Manager

Office Location: JJ Marble House, Samakhushi, Kathmandu

Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6 PM

Responsibilities:

- Promote and sell Floorrex SPC flooring products to furnishing and building material stores across Kathmandu.

- Develop and manage relationships with new dealers, aiming to establish 10-15 strategic retail locations within Kathmandu.

- Handle all billing processes for dealers and ensure timely and accurate transactions.

- Ensure proper product display at dealer stores and maintain efficient communication to manage stock levels.

- Share weekly activity reports detailing sales activities, dealer interactions, and market feedback.

- Visit dealers regularly to promote products and provide sales support.

- Oversee sales recovery, purchases, and delivery coordination to meet customer and dealer needs.

- Mark's presence at JJ Marble House every morning and evening.

Job Description

Requirements:

- Male candidate with a motorbike.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in building material sales.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
